Customers with Paperless billing option

To all customers who are signed up for Paperless billing, please make sure you check your spam folders for the current billing. Since we have switched billing software, the billing looks different and we have noticed quite a few customers stating they have not got an email for billing. This is because your email is putting it into the spam folder. You can search : donotreply@utilitybillingsystem.com to help get this added to your inbox for future notifications.
I do hope this helps for everyone to retrieve the monthly billing.
Changes with the email billing also includes a summary of the account #, date due, amount due and where you can pay your bill but it no longer includes a copy of the billing. You will have to login to the customer portal to be able to print a detailed billing for your records. This is a easy process. All you need to know to consumer register is your account number and the exact name listed on the billing account. Please call the office if you need further help or guidance.
