We have Board Meetings once a month, the second Wednesday of each month at 4pm at the office 3282 Chestnut Street.


AUTOPAY options are available now for automatic bill pay withdrawal. Please find form in Download/form section called ACH/Draft to print and mail in. This payment option is free of charge to you. This autopay option will always withdrawal on the 7th of the month. You will receive a "Draft" bill in the mail, it's for your records only DO NOT PAY.

Why is my bill so High? A rate increase of $1.00 to the base rate has been implemented starting October 2021. This is part of the rate increase adopted in March of 2020 which will consist of a $1.00 rate increase to the base rate for the next 5 years bringing the base rate to $35.00.
